INCORE CJSC – Terms and Conditions for Mobile Application
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the INCORE mobile application ("Application") and related services provided by INCORE CJSC ("INCORE", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), an investment company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
By downloading, accessing, registering with, or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any applicable policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Application.
2. Description of Services
The INCORE Application provides users with access to investment-related services, including account management, portfolio information, securities-related information, and other functionalities offered by INCORE.
The availability of specific services may depend on:
• completion of required client identification and verification procedures;
• compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
• user eligibility criteria;
• contractual agreements between the client and INCORE.
Certain features of the Application may only be available to registered clients who have completed the required onboarding procedures.
3. User Eligibility and Account Registration
To access certain services through the Application, users may be required to create an account and provide personal information.
Users agree to:
• provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
• provide any information required for identification, verification, and regulatory purposes;
• update their information when changes occur;
• use the Application only through their own authorized account.
INCORE reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account where required by applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, or where provided information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
4. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including usernames, passwords, authentication information, and access devices.
Users must immediately notify INCORE if they become aware of:
• unauthorized access to their account;
• loss or compromise of authentication information;
• suspicious or unauthorized activity.
INCORE applies reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect user information. However, users acknowledge that no electronic transmission or storage system can guarantee complete security.
5. Investment Risk Disclosure
Investment activities involve risks, including the possible loss of invested capital.
The value of financial instruments may increase or decrease due to various factors, including but not limited to:
• market conditions;
• economic developments;
• issuer-related risks;
• currency fluctuations;
• changes in interest rates;
• other financial and geopolitical factors.
Past performance, historical data, or information provided through the Application does not guarantee future performance.
Users are responsible for assessing their own investment objectives, financial situation, and risk tolerance before making investment decisions.
Information provided through the Application is for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of investment results or profitability.
6. Financial Information and Investment Services
The Application may provide access to financial information, market data, securities information, account information, and other investment-related content.
Although INCORE takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information provided through the Application, INCORE does not guarantee that such information will always be complete, accurate, timely, or free from errors.
Market information and financial data may change without prior notice.
Users acknowledge that any investment decision made through or based on information available in the Application is made at their own discretion and risk.
7. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
Users agree to use the Application responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
Users shall not:
• provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• use another person's account or access credentials;
• allow unauthorized persons to access their account;
• attempt to access restricted systems or data;
• interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of the Application;
• use the Application for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
INCORE may take appropriate actions, including restricting access, where violations of these Terms are identified.
8. Fees and Charges
Certain services provided by INCORE may be subject to fees, commissions, or other charges.
Applicable fees and tariffs are communicated through relevant agreements, fee schedules, official documents, or other communications provided by INCORE.
Users are responsible for reviewing applicable fees before using relevant services.
9. Personal Data Protection and Privacy
INCORE processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and its Privacy Policy.
Personal data may be processed for purposes including:
• providing investment and related services;
• account administration;
• client identification and verification;
• compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
• prevention of fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized activities;
• communication with clients regarding services and account-related matters.

10. Account Closure and Data Deletion
Users may request closure of their INCORE account and deletion of personal data in accordance with applicable procedures.
Requests may be submitted:
• through available account management functionality within the Application; or
• by contacting INCORE through official communication channels.
Upon receiving a valid request, INCORE will process the request in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Certain information may be retained after account closure where required by law, including but not limited to:
• regulatory reporting requirements;
• accounting and financial recordkeeping obligations;
• anti-money laundering and compliance obligations;
• fraud prevention purposes;
• dispute resolution purposes.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, interfaces, and materials available through the Application are owned by or licensed to INCORE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, or otherwise use any part of the Application without prior written authorization from INCORE, except where permitted by applicable law.
12. Availability and Changes to Services
INCORE may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features of the Application where necessary for operational, technical, security, legal, or regulatory reasons.
INCORE does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Application and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INCORE shall not be liable for losses arising from:
• changes in market conditions;
• investment decisions made by users;
• temporary unavailability of the Application;
• technical issues beyond INCORE’s reasonable control;
• unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to protect account credentials.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
INCORE may update these Terms from time to time due to changes in services, technology, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations.
The updated Terms will be published through the Application or on the official INCORE website.
Continued use of the Application after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Armenian legislation.
